Being raised in Northern Utah surrounded by mountains and easy access to wilderness, I don't need to look far for inspiration. I have spent many years appreciating nature through various activities and have found the natural world to be a wellspring of inspiration for my creative endeavors. Coupled with my passion for painting and art, I consider myself fortunate to be able to dedicate what time I can to creating and making within the realm of that inspiration. I have been an Art teacher for almost fifteen years and appreciate any opportunities to help others recognize their ability and vision through art. I continue to live in Northern Utah with my wife and children and intend to continue creating as long as I am able.
